I understand the 9.9 HP is too powerful and too heavy for a jantar 21, but is there any risk for the boat or is it just a matter of weight?

I called my Jantar "Sennen Cove" because it is the place where 10 years ago my girlfriend decided she would accept to live with me. We are now married and have two lovely girls. Luckily, our life together is more peaceful than the weather on your photo. I just have one question. Sennen Cove came with a Honda 9.9HP outboard. Jantar recommends no more than 5HP.
